Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  4. Heat a bungeoppang pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into one side of the fish mold, spreading it evenly.
  6. Spoon some red bean paste onto the center of the batter, then cover with more batter.
  7. Close the mold and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and red bean paste.
  9. Serve warm.
