- Blue cheese dressing - 1/4 cup
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes - 2, sliced
- Romaine lettuce - 4 leaves, shredded
- Tortilla wraps - 4 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Buffalo sauce - 1/2 cup
- Tempeh - 8 ounces, sliced
