Grilled Corn and Black Bean Salsa
This vibrant and flavorful salsa is made with grilled corn, black beans, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 2 medium, diced
- Black beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Corn - 4 ears
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the corn until charred and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
- Cut the kernels off the grilled corn and place them in a large bowl.
