Upton Udon Noodles with Clams

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the clams to the pan and pour in the white wine. Cover the pan and let the clams steam until they open, about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the clams from the pan and set aside. Discard any clams that did not open.
  5. In the same pan, add the soy sauce and green onions. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Add the cooked clams back into the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the udon noodles and clams hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
