  1. Soak the abalone, shark fin, sea cucumber, and scallops in water for 24 hours, changing the water several times.
  2. In a large pot, add the soaked ingredients, Jinhua ham, chicken, pork ribs, ginger, and Chinese cooking wine.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 hours.
