  1. Cut the ribs into individual pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the black bean sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sugar.
  3. Add the ribs to the bowl and mix until they are coated in the sauce. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, or until they are tender and cooked through.
