Broccolini and Onions
A simple and healthy side dish featuring sautéed broccolini and onions.

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Broccolini - 1 bunch
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the broccolini to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the broccolini is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
