Broccoli & Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the broccoli and water. Cover and cook until the broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. While the broccoli is cooking, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  5. Add the garlic to the pan with the broccoli and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over top. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
