These Brazilian-style meat skewers are marinated in a garlic and lime juice mixture, then grilled to perfection.

- Wooden skewers - 12
- Bell peppers - 2, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Red onion - 1 large, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Beef sirloin - 2 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Lime juice - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
