Bratwurst Dog

A hearty and delicious bratwurst dog, perfect for a summer barbecue or a game day treat.

Ingredients - Serves 4

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the bratwursts for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
While the bratwursts are grilling, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions to the skillet and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Place the grilled bratwursts in the hot dog buns.
Top each bratwurst with sauerkraut, caramelized onions, and mustard.
Serve the bratwurst dogs immediately, with a side of potato salad or coleslaw if desired.
