Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and slightly charred.
  4. Spread the cream cheese on the inside of the hot dog buns.
  5. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with the caramelized onions, mustard, and grilled jalapenos.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the hot dogs immediately.
