Corned Beef and Cabbage Dog

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter the inside of the hot dog buns and set aside.
  3. Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and have grill marks, about 5 minutes.
  4. While the hot dogs are grilling, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until it is tender and slightly caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  6. To assemble the dogs, spread mustard on the inside of each bun.
  7. Place a grilled hot dog in each bun.
  8. Top each dog with a generous amount of corned beef and caramelized cabbage.
  9. Serve immediately.
