Seattle Dog
The Seattle Dog is a hot dog topped with cream cheese and sautéed onions, a unique twist on the classic hot dog.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Onions - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
- Hot dog buns - 4
- Hot dogs - 4
Let's Get Started
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the onions are cooking, grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and slightly charred.
- Spread the cream cheese on the inside of the hot dog buns.
- Place a hot dog in each bun and top with the caramelized onions.
