- Bok choy - 4 heads
- Chicken broth - 2 cups
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Green onions - 4, finely chopped
- Ground pork - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, ginger, egg, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 large meatballs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
