Bone Marrow Flan
A rich and savory flan made from bone marrow, served with mushroom sauce and garnished with parsley.

- Parsley - For garnish
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4
- Bone marrow - 4 bones
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Roast the bone marrow in the oven for 15 minutes, or until soft.
- Scoop out the marrow and blend with the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and place in a water bath.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
- While the flan is baking, sauté the mushrooms in butter and garlic until soft.
- Serve the flan topped with the mushroom sauce and garnished with parsley.
