Bombay Sandwich

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt - To taste
- Chaat masala - To taste
- Beetroot - 1, boiled and sliced
- Cucumbers - 2, sliced
- Onions - 2, sliced
- Tomatoes - 2, sliced
- Potatoes - 2, boiled and sliced
- Green chutney - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Bread slices - 8
Let's Get Started
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Spread green chutney over the butter.
- Arrange slices of potato, tomato, onion, cucumber, and beetroot on four of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and salt over the vegetables.
- Cover with the remaining four bread slices, buttered side down.
- Press gently to make the sandwich.
- Grill or toast the sandwiches until golden brown and crisp.
- Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or more green chutney.
