Let's Get Started

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Spread green chutney over the butter.
  3. Arrange slices of potato, tomato, onion, cucumber, and beetroot on four of the bread slices.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and salt over the vegetables.
  5. Cover with the remaining four bread slices, buttered side down.
  6. Press gently to make the sandwich.
  7. Grill or toast the sandwiches until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or more green chutney.
