Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, sugar, melted butter, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and half of the grated coconut.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining grated coconut on top.
  4. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool before cutting into squares and serving.
