Queijadinha
Queijadinha is a popular Brazilian sweet made with cheese, coconut, eggs, and condensed milk. It's a perfect dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients - Serves 12
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
- In a bowl, combine the grated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, grated cheese, butter, and sugar.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the queijadinhas to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then remove them and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Serve at room temperature.
