Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, grated cheese, butter, and sugar.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the queijadinhas to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then remove them and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Serve at room temperature.
