- Pork sausage - 500 g
- Chicken - 1 whole
- Beef brisket - 1 kg
Let's Get Started
- Place the beef brisket, chicken, and pork sausage in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
- Add the carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Continue to simmer for another hour, or until the vegetables are tender and the meats are cooked through.
- Remove the meats from the pot and slice into serving pieces. Arrange the meats and vegetables on a platter and serve with the broth on the side.
