Bok Choy and Tofu Bao Buns

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bok choy and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce to the skillet. Stir well to coat the bok choy.
  6. Return the crispy tofu to the skillet and toss to combine with the bok choy and sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Steam the bao buns according to package instructions.
  8. Fill each steamed bun with the bok choy and tofu mixture.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
