Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bok choy, ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the dumplings and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and the water has evaporated.
  5. Serve the dumplings hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
