Blue Mosque Berry Coffee
A delightful blend of coffee, blueberries, and spices, inspired by the beauty of the Blue Mosque.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Blueberries - 1/2 cup
- Ground coffee - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Brew the ground coffee using your preferred method.
- In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, cinnamon, cardamom, and honey. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries burst and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the blueberry mixture into a blender or food processor. Discard the solids.
- Add the brewed coffee and milk to the blender or food processor. Blend until well combined and frothy.
- Pour the Blue Mosque Berry Coffee into two mugs and serve hot.
- Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few fresh blueberries.
