Blt Sandwich
A classic BLT sandwich with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Bread - 4 slices
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Tomato - 2 medium, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Bacon - 8 slices
Let's Get Started
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon on two bread slices.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
