Black Truffle Chicken

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the wine has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream and truffle slices to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thick and creamy, about 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
