Black Truffle Chicken
A luxurious dish of chicken breasts cooked with black truffle slices, white wine, and cream.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black truffle - 1, thinly sliced
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the wine has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and truffle slices to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thick and creamy, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
