Biscuits and Gravy Burrito
This delicious breakfast burrito combines the flavors of biscuits and gravy in a convenient handheld package.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Scrambled eggs - 4
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
- Hot sauce - To taste
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Breakfast sausage - 8 ounces
- Biscuits - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the biscuits according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer.

- Fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
- Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.
