  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the biscuits according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked breakfast sausage back to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. To assemble the burritos, place a biscuit on a plate and spoon some of the sausage gravy onto it.
  7. Top with scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  8. Fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
  9. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.
