Fried Radish Ball
Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, these fried radish balls are a delicious appetizer or snack.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- White pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- White radish - 1 large, grated

- Place the grated radish in a large bowl. Add the flour, egg, salt, white pepper, and green onions. Mix well to combine.
