Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are slightly tender.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the rice is heated through and well combined with the vegetables and spices.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro and lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
