- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Mint - A handful
- Spinach - 200 grams
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2, chopped
- Carrots - 2, chopped
- Chickpeas - 200 grams, soaked overnight
- Black pudding - 2 pieces
- Chorizo - 2 pieces
- Beef - 500 grams
- Pork belly - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, add the pork belly, beef, chorizo, black pudding, and chickpeas. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- In a separate pan, sauté the carrots, onions, and garlic until soft.
- Add the sautéed vegetables, spinach, mint, paprika, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Continue to simmer for another hour, until the meats are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- Serve hot, with crusty bread on the side.
