Bell Pepper and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 6
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Sausage - 1 pound, sliced
- Bell peppers - 2 large, diced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
