Bell Pepper and Sausage Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grease a casserole dish and spread the cooked vegetables and sausage evenly in the dish.
