Beijing Lamb Skewers
These flavorful skewers are a popular street food in Beijing. The lamb is marinated in a spicy cumin and chili mixture, then grilled to perfection.

- Skewers - 8
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 2 tablespoons
- Lamb - 1 pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
