Let's Get Started

  1. In a food processor, combine the beetroot, chickpeas, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the breadcrumbs and egg.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden and heated through.
  5. Serve the burgers on the buns with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
