Beef Ribs with Espresso BBQ Sauce

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ribs and brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  5. Add the espresso, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return the ribs to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  7. Cover the skillet and transfer to the oven. Cook for 2-3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  8. Serve the ribs with the espresso BBQ sauce.
