Beef Ribs with Apple Cider Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  4. While the ribs are cooking, make the BBQ sauce. Combine the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 350°F.
  7. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce and return to the oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Serve the ribs with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
