- Coconut milk - 1 can
- Tomatoes - 2, chopped
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Madras curry powder - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2, finely chopped
- Beef - 500 grams, cubed

- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onions are soft and golden.
