BBQ Pork Steaks
These BBQ pork steaks are marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce, then grilled to perfection.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Bbq sauce - 1 cup
- Pork steaks - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork steaks in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

- Remove the pork steaks from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
