BBQ Pork Sliders
These BBQ Pork Sliders are made with tender, slow-cooked pork shoulder smothered in BBQ sauce and served on soft buns.

- Coleslaw - To serve
- Slider buns - 16
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Bbq sauce - 2 cups
- Pork shoulder - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Pour over the pork shoulder.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker and stir into the sauce.
- Serve the shredded pork on slider buns, topped with coleslaw.
