Let's Get Started

  1. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Pour over the pork shoulder.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
  4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker and stir into the sauce.
  5. Serve the shredded pork on slider buns, topped with coleslaw.
