Smoked Pork Shoulder

- Bbq sauce - To taste
- Rub - To taste, containing salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar
- Pork shoulder or butt - 8 pound, bone-in
Let's Get Started
- Rub the pork shoulder with the rub mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
- Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
- Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and cook for 14-16 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 202 degrees.
- Remove the pork shoulder from the smoker and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Pull the pork using forks or bear claws.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns with a bit of coleslaw and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
