- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Cooked chicken - 1 cup, shredded
- Bbq sauce - 1/2 cup
- Pizza dough - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Top the sauce with the shredded chicken, sliced onion, and shredded cheese.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone if using) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top before slicing and serving.
