Barbecue Pork Ribs
These tender and flavorful barbecue pork ribs are cooked low and slow on the grill and slathered in a tangy barbecue sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Barbecue sauce - 1 cup
- Barbecue rub - 1/4 cup
- Pork ribs - 2 racks
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to 225°F and set it up for indirect grilling.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season them all over with the barbecue rub, salt, and pepper.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 3 hours.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the ribs with the sauce mixture and continue to cook for another hour, brushing with more sauce every 15 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
