Banh Mi Sandwich

- Sriracha - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - A handful
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 1, julienned
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Pork belly - 200g, thinly sliced
- Baguette - 1
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Add the pork belly slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork belly slices until crispy and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast it.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the baguette and Sriracha on the other side.
- Layer the cooked pork belly slices, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, radishes, and cilantro on the baguette.
- Close the sandwich and cut it into desired portions.
