Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha.
  2. Cut the tuna into small cubes and add it to the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat the tuna in the sauce.
  3. Divide the cooked sushi rice between two bowls.
  4. Top the rice with the marinated tuna, cucumber slices, avocado slices, and nori strips.
  5. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of each bowl.
  6. Serve immediately, with extra soy sauce on the side if desired.
