  1. Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork, mushrooms, onion, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork mixture to the skillet and cook until the pork is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the eggs and scallions and cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the sticky rice and add it to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the banh can hot.
