Banana Cookie Bars
These delicious banana cookie bars are soft, chewy, and packed with banana flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 12
- Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Ripe bananas - 2
