Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Halibut fillets - 4 (6 ounce) fillets

- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet.
