  1. Rinse the dried navy beans and soak them in water overnight.
  2. Drain the soaked beans and rinse them again.
  3. In a large pot, combine the beans, diced onion, minced garlic, molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and water.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beans are tender.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  6. Transfer the cooked beans to a baking dish and bake for 1 hour, or until the sauce thickens and the top is slightly caramelized.
