  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and chopped green onions.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the bacon and cheese mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners of the square towards the center to create a puff shape.
  5. Brush the top of each puff with the beaten egg.
  6. Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the puffs to cool slightly before serving.
