Bacon Cheese Puffs

- Egg - 1, beaten
- Puff pastry - 1 sheet, thawed
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cream cheese - 1/2 cup, softened
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the bacon and cheese mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners of the square towards the center to create a puff shape.
- Brush the top of each puff with the beaten egg.
- Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
