- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang (korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 3, finely chopped
- Egg - 1

Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together additional gochujang and brown sugar to make a glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the cooked meatballs and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the glaze thickens and coats the meatballs.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or with rice and vegetables as a main course.
