Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Meatballs
These delicious meatballs are stuffed with gooey cheese and crispy bacon, making them a perfect appetizer or main course.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Bbq sauce - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, cubed
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a meatball. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese cubes.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
