  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a meatball. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese cubes.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce.
