Bacon and Pearl Onion Skewers

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise.
  3. Thread one end of a bacon slice onto a skewer, followed by a pearl onion. Weave the bacon around the onion and back onto the skewer, creating a wave pattern. Repeat with another onion and the other end of the bacon slice.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining bacon slices and onions.
  5. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the onions are tender.
