Bacon and Pearl Onion Skewers
These skewers are a perfect appetizer, combining the smoky flavor of bacon with the sweetness of pearl onions.

- Skewers - 8
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Pearl onions - 16, peeled
- Bacon - 8 slices

- Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise.
- Thread one end of a bacon slice onto a skewer, followed by a pearl onion. Weave the bacon around the onion and back onto the skewer, creating a wave pattern. Repeat with another onion and the other end of the bacon slice.
