- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
- Mushrooms - 12 large, stems removed
- Onions - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Bacon - 4 slices
